Symbol of prosperity and cheerfulness, but also of forgetfulness and ecstasy, wine grapes have always had a religious meaning. Described in ancient Egyptian myths and, according to the Bible, "invented" by patriarch Noah, sacred to Dionysus, but important part of Christian liturgy too, wine was in ancient times not just a pleasure to share with friends and relatives, but a way to connect men with God.
Fired at about 1000°C, this Ithaca's basrelief can be placed outside and won't be damaged by sun, cold or ice.
