This elegant sculpture in terracotta is modeled with extreme attention to detail and richly painted with engobes before its firing at about 1000° C. Its beautiful traits and colors won't change over time: the Etruscan God by Ithaca can be also placed outside. The sculpture is inspired by a broken painted sculpture from the Tempio del Belvedere near Orvieto, Italy: V—IV century b.C. Orvieto, Museo Faina.
